Is there a minimum commitment the prospective member needs to stay for?
We will pay out on commitments greater than 2 months but no more than 12 months
Is there a limit of time as to when the member has to inform us of the referral?
The Refer + Earn program works exclusively via the www.CreativeCubes.Co/REFER page. If not tagged going into the tour it’s not a referral (with all love and respect).
When a tour is booked we specifically ask “how did you hear about us” this is your opportunity to inset your name to claim the opportunity.
If your name isn’t inserted here and a tour is initiated (by the prospect themselves or someone else on behalf of the prospect) we are unable to reward you.
If a member refers someone but that person has already engaged us via their real estate agent does commission still apply?
The person lodged in the tour is the one we pay commission to exclusively (written with love).
