Frances is the founder of Tribular. Tribular is a marketplace that matches startups with experts according to what needs they have. For example I have a new idea and want to get help protecting that idea you can turn to Tribular post an offer to the legal experts along with a budget that you have for that advice and then it’ll reach all the experts on the network and they’ll respond with the support and advice (in person, by phone or other) to deliver on the request you’ve put forward.
