Once submitted you’ll receive an email confirmation that we’ve received your request. Please note that for downgrades and requests to give notice to vacate that a notice period will apply. This is usually 60 days but is specific to your contract. Unfortunately, we will be unable to process downgrade or notice to vacate requests if you are within a contract term.
