We discussed the movement taking place in the commercial realestate market and how there has been a shift from landlords who are now actively looking to partner with flex / coworking operators to bring the amenity to their assets.

Some landlords are looking to add flex to their buildings because of the demand coming from their corporate tenants, whilst others are seeking Flex to soak up the remaining NLA left behind from leases being broken or occupancy being shrunk due to the impact of COVID.

According To CBRE, “The Future Is Flex”.
