How do I book a meeting room?
Only moderators can book complimentary meeting rooms via the Happiness team. Once your account is set up you can book discounted meeting rooms here.
Where can I book my complimentary day pass?
Once your account is active you can book your complimentary day pass by contacting the Happiness Team. When booking for your team your discount will be automatically added to the check-out when you confirm your booking.
How do I access EO Members Rates?
You’ll automatically receive discounts on meeting room & day pass bookings once you’ve registered and we’ve activated your account.
How do I secure a Private Office or Desk?

How many complimentary meeting room bookings can I make each month?
You will receive 1 four hour forum meeting room booking per month.
Can I book outside of business hours?
All bookings must be Monday – Friday between 9am-5pm.
Can bookings be made on the phone or via email?
All bookings mus be made by contacting the Happiness Team. Discounted bookings are self serve and can be made via your account in the booking portal.
