Victorians will now be required to show proof of their COVID-19 vaccination to enter a variety of businesses and to receive certain services across Victoria.
The simplest way to do this is to utilise the COVID-19 Digital Certificate and to link this to their Service Victoria App which will confirm your vaccination status when checking in using the Victorian Government QR Code Service, as described below.

COVID-19 Digital Certificate in my Digital Wallet
This will allow you to show your proof of vaccination from your smartphone.
What do I need?
- Smartphone
- myGov Account
- Medicare Service and Individual Healthcare Identifier (IHI) linked to your myGov Account
- myGov or Medicare App on your smartphone
COVID-19 Digital Certificate can be added to your Apple Wallet (iOS) or Google Pay Wallet (Android) from the myGov or Medicare App.

Link your COVID-19 Digital Certificate to Service Victoria App
This will confirm your proof of vaccination when you QR Code Check-In at CreativeCubes.Co.
What do I need?
- Smartphone
- myGov Account
- Medicare Service and Individual Healthcare Identifier (IHI) linked to your myGov Account
- Service Victoria App
From the Service Victoria App click on the icon.
From here you can add your COVID-19 Digital Certificate via your myGov Login and the Medicare Service by following the prompts.

Check In Using Service Victoria App
Throughout CreativeCubes.Co and at all of our entrance points is a Service Victoria Check In QR Code.
Now that you have linked your COVID-19 Digital Certificate your vaccination status will be displayed with a green tick each time you check in with the Service Victoria App.
