How do I book a meeting room?
Only moderators can book complimentary meeting rooms. Please contact the EO Administrator for a copy of your discount code. Once received please book your meeting rooms here.
Where can I book my complimentary day pass?
Once your account is active you can book your complimentary day pass here. Your discount will be automatically added to the check-out when you confirm your booking. Booking credit is only available on a per-day basis so please book your Day Pass on the day you intend to use it.
How do I access EO Members Rates?
You’ll automatically receive discounts on meeting room & day pass bookings once you’ve registered and we’ve activated your account.
How do I secure a Private Office or Desk?

How many complimentary meeting room bookings can I make each month?
You will receive 1 four hour forum meeting room booking per month.
Can I book outside of business hours?
All bookings must be Monday – Friday between 9am-5pm.
Can bookings be made on the phone or via email?
No, all bookings are self serve and require you to enter your forum code.
