The session will be based on the “Co-Active Coaching method”, recognising that people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole – we don’t need to be fixed! We do sometimes need someone to deeply listen, encourage and reflect back to us without judgement, to grow in key areas of life (think: career, relationships, family, home, money, fun and recreation – anything that’s important to you right now!)
