As a leader at CreativeCubes.Co housing hundreds of businesses I am in constant contact with all types of founders & entrepreneurs. Its mind blowing to me how much effort is being wasted on stuff thats completely irrelevant to the success of their business.

As an entrepreneur myself I constantly have this voice in my head saying “stop doing dumb shit” and I have become super disciplined (and continuing to improve daily) on focusing on whats going to give my team and I the best outcome set against our goals.
