I am a current CreativeCubes.Co Member, and I would like to access the Workspace365(VIC) locations. How do I do this?

• You can access other locations via your members portal and select the desired Workspace365(VIC) location. To gain access to Workspace365 locations in the portal please activate your account here.
• If you are accessing a Workspace365(VIC) location, you will need to pay for the meeting room prior to using it. The rates will be 10% off the retail rates for all our members until further notice.

I have a Private Office/Dedicated Desk Membership

• CreativeCubes.Co Private Office and Dedicated Desk Members will have complimentary access to Business Lounge areas at all Workspace365(VIC) locations until further notice.
• To access these benefits please activate your account here. Once activated be sure to check in with our Centre Team when you arrive on site.

Can I use my Meeting Room Credits 

Credits will not apply to meeting room bookings via the WorkSpace365 meeting room booking portal. However the rates will be 10% off the retail rates for all our members until further notice.

What will happen with my current Contract?

Your licence agreements are being assigned directly to the new entity and a final Workspace365(Vic) invoice will be issued. There will be nothing further for you to do. The operational change will be seamless.

I am a Workspace365 (VIC) Member, I would like access to the CreativeCubes.Co locations, how do I do this?

• You can access other locations via your members portal and select the desired CreativeCubes.Co location.  To gain access to CreativeCubes.Co locations in the portal please activate your account here. Please see our team at reception to assist should you need assistance with this. 
• If you are accessing a CreativeCubes.Co location, you will need to pay for the meeting room prior to using it. The rates will be 10% off the retail rates for all our members until further notice.
• Booking through the member portal will ensure you receive your 10% discount.

Am I able to use my Meeting Room Credits at the CreativeCubes.Co locations?

At this stage, you are only able to use your meeting room credits at the Workspace365 locations.
