I’m so excited that OTF has opened in Melbourne!!
I was a foundation member in Los Angeles and when I decided to come home to Australia I wanted to bring Orange Theory to Melbourne and where possible integrate it into the CreativeCubes.Co buildings.
What I love about the exercise is it’s backed by science. Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption (or EPOC), Orangetheory’s heart rate monitored training is designed to maintain a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. They refer to it as afterburn. Members burn an estimated 500 to 1,000 calories in 60 minutes and keep burning calories for up to 36 hours.
