We know how it is. Eyes fly open at 5am and boom, you’re on. Emails. Calls. Getting the kids up, fed and off to school. Racing to your first meeting. Perpetual motion. Multiple demands. It comes at you fast. (And you love it. You’re at the top of your game).

Well on todays Vlog Ash calls me out and smashes me.

My days are cray

  • 4am UP
  • 5am Orangetheory Fitness
  • 6:30am at my desk where i’m most productive until 9:30am
  • 10am I’m available to my team and critical meetings throughout the day that have a direct (wholly and solely) impact on the mission.
  • 5pm i’m off the “work treadmill” and onto the “home treadmill” where I allocate time to be a present father and husband.
  • 8pm kids are asleep & i’m reading until 9ish
  • Meditate for 10 mins and lights out
