Join us at CreativeCubes.Co Carlton for a uniquely special way to break up your work day and maximise your day’s potential.

What you can expect:

  • 60 mins workshop-style presentation including education + live practise. Outline below:
    • Quick Brain Break to kick off/introduce concept (5 mins)
    • Exploration of the problem we face today – cognitive overload (5 mins)
    • Group discussion: identify the moment you feel most the most overwhelm/brain stimulation (5 mins)
    • Explanation of Brain Breaks & shifting nervous system states (5 mins)
    • Introduction to micro habits (and why doing longer practises is increasingly hard) (5 mins)
    • Live experience of 4 x Brain Breaks (5 mins each + short intro)
      • Presence/energy practise (coming to present moment awareness)
      • Breath (simple techniques to soothe the brain)
      • Body (quick movements to disrupt brain overload)
      • Mind/Meditation (short meditation practise to declutter the mind)
    • Group exercise: write down preferred brain break method and share why it works for you + Q&A (5-10 mins)

Join us for an event filled with delicious treats and the joy of giving back. We’re hosting a Biggest Morning Tea fundraiser to support cancer research and those affected by this disease.

Here’s how you can be a part of this meaningful event:

Bring a Dish: Whip up your favourite homemade dish, whether it’s sweet or savoury, and bring it along to share with fellow members.

Share Your Recipe: Write out your recipe and the Happiness Team will photocopy it and make it available for those who would like it

Raise Money: As we indulge in delicious treats, let’s also come together to make a difference. We’ll be collecting donations, before and throughout the event to support cancer research and provide vital services to those in need.

Spread Hope: This is more than just a morning tea – it’s an opportunity to come together as a community, show support for cancer survivors and their families, and spread hope for a brighter future.
